Course Registration/Electives Selection Form
Course Registration/Elective Selection forms for the 2014-15 school year are now being accepted.  Please submit the form no later than July 1, 2014.  Forms must be submitted as soon as possible as we are scheduling as the forms come in. 

Online Forms Hard Copy Forms
If submitting a hard copy of the form, you may e-mail the forms to aamitrano@mursd.org, bring them into the office between 6am-10pm dropping them in the box at office counter, or fax them to 508-634-1576.

*Students in Grade 5 Spanish Immersion should read "La Leccion de August" by R. J. Palacio for their summer reading, instead of the novel indicated in the paperwork.  This is for Spanish Immersion students in Grade 5 ONLY.  This novel can be purchased through Amazon.com or other book resellers.
